01Initiation
ICPO + KYC
Buyer submits ICPO with full KYC and verifiable BCL/RWA to the corporate compliance email.
02Offer
Seller's FCO
Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) with terms, price and product specifications.
03Funds
POF via MT799
Buyer countersigns the FCO and transmits Proof of Funds (POF) via MT799 bank-to-bank.
04Contract
Preliminary SPA + SBLC
Seller issues preliminary SPA. Buyer reviews, signs and sends the SBLC verbiage for review at the seller's bank.
05Deadline
Final SPA — 15 days
Seller returns the signed final SPA. After draft approval, SBLC must be issued within 15 days.
06Instrument
MT760 → POP → Operative SBLC
Buyer sends MT760 verbiage. Seller accepts and transmits POP bank-to-bank. With validated POP, buyer issues operative SBLC.
07Confirmation
SWIFT Confirmations
Buyer forwards copies of all SWIFTs to the seller's bank for verification and validation.
08Invoice
Proforma Invoice
Seller issues Proforma Invoice; buyer reviews and signs, formalizing the shipment terms.
09Bond
Performance Bond 2%
2% PB issued by the seller within 10 days of financial instrument activation.
10Delivery
Shipment → MT103
Original shipping documents are sent to the buyer's bank, which releases the MT103. The cycle repeats with each shipment.

Transferable, divisible and irrevocable SBLC (12+1)

1 month of face value in security

First delivery in 30–45 days after SBLC activation
Veracity Clause — Mandatory in All Operations

All negotiations brokered by BM5 require a declaration of veracity under full civil and criminal liability. Seller must hold direct control or formal authorization over the product (POP, CIS, certificates). Buyer must present legitimate proof of funds (BCL, RWA, POF). False documentation or simulated financial capacity will result in immediate exclusion from the operation and reporting to the competent authorities.
